The terms, without tricks.

MiriFX Studio sh.p.k. (Tax ID L·81506017F), headquartered at Rr. Pjetër Bogdani 32, Tiranë 1001, Albania, provides the educational programme «Cohort #01» over 13 weeks for a single fee of €900. Applications are reviewed in writing by our team within 72 hours of form submission.

Payment is made by card or bank transfer, processed by Stripe Payments Europe. A tax invoice is issued within 24 hours via the Albanian Tax Authority e-invoice system. Students may cancel enrolment and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, provided they have not attended more than three live lessons.

Lesson material (video, PDF documents, chart examples, trade plans) is the intellectual property of MiriFX Studio. Students receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for educational purposes. Sharing, reselling, or publishing the material to third parties triggers immediate termination of access without refund.

MiriFX is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide personalised investment recommendations. Every trading decision a student makes after the course is their own personal responsibility. Financial markets carry real risk — capital loss is possible and common.

This contract is governed by Albanian law. Any dispute is resolved first through good-faith mediation; failing that, the Tiranë courts hold exclusive jurisdiction.

We collect the minimum data required to deliver the service: first name, last name, email, city (optional), and — for paid enrolments — billing data processed directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or touch your card number.

Data is stored on Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, Germany — EU) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to Miri Hidri and one technical administrator, with full audit logs of every access.

You have full rights under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Albanian Law 9887/2008 on personal data protection: access, rectification, erasure («right to be forgotten»), portability, and objection. To exercise any of them, write to privacy@mirifx.com — we respond within 30 days, usually within 48 hours.

Data is retained for the duration of the educational relationship, plus 5 years for tax and accounting obligations under Albanian Law 9920/2008. After this period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

We do not sell, trade, or share your data for advertising. The only exceptions: Stripe (for payments), Supabase (for storage), Resend (for transactional email) — all three under active Data Processing Agreements.

The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies: a session cookie to keep you authenticated, a CSRF cookie for forms, and a language cookie to remember whether you prefer Albanian or English. Without these, login and forms would not work.

We do not use advertising cookies, we have no Google Analytics, and we have no Meta or TikTok pixels. Basic stats are collected via Plausible — cookieless, no profiling, anonymised and aggregated data stored in the EU.

You can clear cookies any time from your browser; the only consequences are that you'll need to sign in again and re-select your language.
